Roger, you are absolutely correct. There are multiple reasons for insiders selling -- from college tuition to simple diversification needs where an insider just has too much wealth concentrated in his/her company. When you start to see insiders selling off half their position or more, then I think a valid concern might be raised.

Given the trendline QWST has enjoyed since the October correction, almost any insider sale would look foolish in retrospect, so I think the insider just has to pick a date and a price level and pull the switch. I hope in the long run that they regret every share they sold... and I'm sure they hope the same thing.
