I apologize for not posting sooner. Something came up. Anyway, here is what Alyssa had to say: "We are still waiting to hear back from the state regarding the Cease and Desist order and feel confident that they will agree to temporarily vacate the order so we may settle with the creditors. They will be getting back to us by mid week next week. The FTET deal is still being worked on and they will make an announcement when it is finalized.
