I guess I should have asked this question earlier, but why is PVN a good prospect for puts?

Is it because it is extending a lot of credit to risky customers? That it's selling at a fairly high P/E and at triple its lowest price in the last 12 months. That it is vulnerable to any tightening by the Fed?

Just hoping for more unfavorable comment.

From a Reuters story:
