Remember they are first a MF firm.That is their bread and butter.

You clicked a hot button for me here, Dave. Have you ever tried to use Fox+ to trade MFs? It would be easier to drive to their closest center and do the trade in person.

Furthermore, it is a continuing battle to prevent them from transferring my MFs into my brokerage account. Their broker-types are about as aggressive as they come when it comes to trying to get control of all my Fido assets.
