That changes the rules of the ball game and what Dell did when the
industry was growing at 40% a year has no relevance to when it is declining at 10% a year.

Michael, I'm not sure which year you are referring to. I don't know of any year (well, maybe back in the mid 80s) where the industry grew 40%. I guess the same could be said for a declining 10% year too.
