*AV*--You are correct in your comments but let's look at the damage that could be done and the opportunities that have been presented by these same comments.

If we assume everything is true (assume is the operative word) and believe all these stocks have been manipulated, and there is a scam being run, two things will possibly occur on Monday.

1. All the people invested in some of the "manipulated" stocks will have fear in their hearts and sell all their holdings on Monday. This will cause a precipitious drop in the price of the stocks mentioned. Someone shorting this stock early Monday morning or before the market opens, stands to make a great deal of money at the expense of those selling, then is able to buy back the stock at a much lower price and ride it back up for a second gain.

2. My bringing this to light will cause some people on this thread to buy in after it tanks with hopes that they can recoup money from other losses by riding this stock back up, a situation that may or may not have occur but allows this second gain to occur. A manipulated stock can be manipulated 2 ways.

Either way, you play right into the hands of the schemers and scammers. Keeping it off line allows 2 things. First, if the individuals are innocent, they are not maligned anymore in print. If the indviduals are indeed scammers, it keeps them guessing as to what will be happening to their stocks over the course of the next few trading days. Therefore, an orderly exit strategy can be determined on an individual basis.

My portfolio is published so everyone knows which stocks I am invested in. I will go on record to say that on any real weakness in these stocks, I will be taking advantage of it such that I can average down on these stocks for, hopefully, a ride back up to levels of profitability. I will undoubtedly be taking advantage of someone's else's bad timing and I will profit by that. However, I must protect my investments, and as stated before, I have the staying power to do so.

So, all you people that think you are doing a great favor for us, we thank you but please realize that if your observations (if) are indeed correct, discussing it further in this forum puts certain investors at risk for severe loss. Kevin and I have similar phrases that have been used:

You gotta know when to hold and you gotta know when to fold.
Weak hands sell into stronger hands (I apologize if this is not Kevin's phrase since I did not research the author but remember the phrase).

I would love nothing better than to see CSGI crap out to 7-8 tomorrow on high volume OR low volume such that I can load up and average down on this "yelling fire in a movie theatre". I will get a bounce back up and I CAN GET A BOUNCE BACK UP (insider joke and comment).

My advice-

Keep the crooks guessing and protect the innocent investors.

============= or

Give an innocent person a chance to defend themselves in a fashion that does not adversely affect anyone's wallet during the controversy. Throwing gasoline on a smouldering bunch of ashes re-ignites the flame causing the fire to expand and extend the damage caused by the inital fire.

BTW- I will be off line for the next few hours to concentrate on a stack of replies, making decsions on what my strategies are for tomorrow, and to fix my damned email account.
