In addition to the BI Research, The Chapman report, the Pristine Small Cap Review gave FIBR a buy recomendation. FIBR has recently risen above the 50, 100 and 200 day moving average. The 50 & 100 day moving average is finally moving up after months of declining. The 200 day moving average has finally stopped its downward movement and has been steady at 10 31/32 for a solid week now. For those reasons, I think you've got a lot of momentum players on board now. Those are just the technical reasons. The fundamental reasons are even stronger than that and in my opinion, warrant a current price of $20 - 25. Now it appears that the fundamentals and technicals are both positive and there are simply more buyers than sellers.
