It is so high it isn't even funny. TDFX's fair price is between 2~3 times it's current valuation and *if* (very big if) they get the momentum on their side and cast themself in a very favorable light at the Street, then they could even command a five fold increase in value.

But as I've said, until they resolve the current issues, Wall St. doesn't even want to touch them with a 10 foot pole. They should have hired Morgan Stanley to handle the merger so that at least they would have some influential contacts to call on when the time comes. The nVidia deal indirectly puts TDFX on MS's radar screen.
