Buy in February or forever hold your peace. It would seem all the technicals are in place to see this chart head north. A real breakout may wait until March, with strong buy signal on Monday until the options expire, then a pull back before the March 1. A daily chart with Bollinger Bands indicate a price near the lower band.

Watch all the action at www.iqc.com. It's free with candlesticks and tools for various technical analysis. Cool Java charts that are faster than most Java applets. The one drawback, no intraday charts. Nobody is perfect.
