Alf, they left the pw blank when they did the install. Don't think NT has a online registration like 95. to see which SP you are running look on the blue screen when NT boots it will tell you there. I know of no other way to tell. BTW: NT has no support for multi monitor. your vendor must have explicit support for it in their driver. I was unaware that Diamond did.... good luck, Sean
