Am beginning to believe the Q1 effect is for real. But I don't act on it, as I am a long term holder. (multi year holding period, for most stocks.) Regarding 1999 comparisons, THQI CEO Brian Farrell has been assuring us that 1999 actual quarterly earnings will be 20% better than 1998 actuals. We shall see, but he has never failed me before, in the several years I have been holding THQ.
