Actually I think a better signal of a rally is the level of arrogance in your posts.

But recommendaton changes 24 hours before options expiration is no more of a conspiracy than when greenspan raised interest rates with 15 minutes to go before expiration. Blodgett and greenspan both time their actions to take advantage of the most inexpensive options. (those that are about to expire worthless)
