Just my two cents. But I think Mr Kurlak was put out to pasture by Merrill (sp?) I hope him the best in his new position. But I also think he was able to control too much (intel for one) with his comments. I believe most of the analists out there are self motivated and that time sensitive trading restrictions should be placed on their accounts. IMHO
