I am new to this company and this thread. I am considering buying CRUS because I thought it was a good value stock with well-positioned products. Could you tell me why you are so negative on the management? I agree that they did little to position their company for growth in the past few years but are their specific errors that you could mention? Needless to say, CRUS will be a value stock only if the management is capable of turning the battleship. If they are not then maybe I should wait until their are signs that a new team is coming in. Thanks for any insight. John
