The legal battles over 3G are totally unrelated to VLSI business with ERICY. E does not use the Q's CDMA standard, so they have no need for 2G CDMA chips, and in any case does not do business with Qualcomm, only lawsuits over IP. BTW, anyone see that 1,000,000 share trade today -
