Sean I did find that SP1 is installed from the blue screen and I have the CD for SP3 so I guess that will be the first thing I install Checked I think under system and did find my name & OS regerestration # there. My hardrive is divided in to 2 parts C is NTFS and D is FAT it is only a 8.4 hardrive I do have PM ....any suggestions would be appreciated as the best way to divide the drive. Doe's it make a difference where I install programs at all ? BTW: NT has no support for multi monitor. your vendor must have explicit support for it in their driver. I was unaware that Diamond did.... According to there site you can use up to 4 Viper 330's under NT and it's killing me that the other 2 cards have not arrived yet :-) Thanks again Tim
