I don't know about all the law suits but the only one that matters is the Bukstel suit. The injunction on their code still exists, which means they have no assurances for prospective clients that if they go out of business the source code will be accessible by the client. That seems like trouble to me. I like their products, and if they get this monkey off their backs they should do very well.
