Microsoft's license agreement gives you the right to refuse to accept it (and be bound by it) like all contracts, and you can get a refund if you refuse (according to the agreement.)

Microsoft is defrauding by not allowing people to get their contractually obligated refunds


I don't have the text here in front of me, but what I understood was that it said if you don't agree to the license, you can return it to your place of purchase. As such, you return it to where you bought it, like any other product. Which in this case is the computer manufacturer, not Microsoft.

Is the EULA on-line someplace?
