Heidi - Samples?

I called Dippy Foods about two weeks ago to buy samples for my local school. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would send free samples to the school. The problem is that nothing has shown up yet.

I was wondering if this a normal delay, or if they are overwhelmed with requests? If they normally ship quicker, then I'll call in again in case they lost my request.
