Something to keep in mind when using any technical indicators ...

Here's a few words from Tom Dorsey post on the P&F thread:

"You could see by the market action toward the end of the day how it was pushed and pulled by mathematics and nothing else. Just X out
yesterday and today. Actually the whole week for that matter."

Sonki, so do not be mislead. Understand the volatility that comes with options expiry and futures driven sell programs for arbitrage ... that spurious signals can be generated. In plain words, interpret the intraday highs and lows carefully as to whether the x's and o's generated are valid. The same goes for the more traditional technical indicators of emas/smas/macd/rsi/yada yada yada.
