That then makes the war the homosexual lobby is waging on us immoral.

I have yet to see an example of this "war" - remember the website I asked you about, the one you haven't found?

The teaching that gay people are "normal" is largely a semantic question. If you teach that some people have a different sexual orientation and that those people are as human as the rest of us and deserve to be treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves, does that mean we have taught that gay sex is normal? Is this teaching wrong?

Three options. We can teach nothing at all, which is what we have done so far; the kids learned the lesson from their peers, and it was an ugly lesson. We can teach that gay people are abnormal, another word for disordered, possibly perverted, and exacerbate the hostility that is already there. Or we can teach that gay people are humans that happen to be different. Which would you prefer?

Trying to teach the sexual process in any school is ridiculous, with any orientation. They'll figure it out. Teaaching about the causes, effects, and risks is justified; it is better if parents do it, but too many parents can't, won't, or just don't.
