I cannot log into the RB thread so I am going to answer some of those questions here, and it will probably answer a lot of SI questions also.
Many people are asking, what a subsidiary company is and if we will be doing a stock distribution with it.
The answer is no, not for a while. There is some underlying things that are being over looked, and people are questioning why I am so focused on building the book value and not showing more concern about the daily stock prices.
This is a very simple answer, within the next 2 or 3 weeks we will be filing a 10K and also activating the preferred shares,(no later than March 31). IPOSITE will be online and operating no later than mid March. From the looks of the responses the inquiries and subscriber interests, IPOSITE will be profitable and in the Black within the first 60 days of operation. CVIA will use this as a constant revenue generator for a couple of quarters.
The Archival IPO is nearing completion, as soon as it is completed we have another un-announced company waiting to go public.
By late March we will finish the Texas land deal, and are currently in talks with a New England REIT to either do a few more land deals, or buy a larger percentage ownership in their company. If all goes well.
We are talking with several E-commerce companies about various types of offerings.
Now with all this either in the works or waiting completion, and the potential revenue generation of IPOSITE, I am not worried about the daily stock price, so I can just keeping my focus on the bigger picture.
We should be nearing the qualifications level for a small cap listing, maybe AMEX or if we catch a few lucky breaks a full NASDAQ listing, by summer. So this in itself is why we are keeping IPOSITE in house... so we can establish a nice P/E to go with the departure of the OTC. Would'nt that be a hoot if we break expectations by actually generating a P/E <LOL>
Since I can not post inside info, I encourage you guys read the upcoming 10K very closely, you will be very surprised and convinced of how close we are to saying bye bye OTC BB.
Yup I will sit here and keep building the book... while keeping my eye on the prize, which will be payday for all of us. You can't have a stock trade below book value for very long before some market adjustment is made <g>
