Bob, pardon me , but that kind of attitude is the type alot of voters have in the elections. I'm not going to vote because of this or that reason and then wine about the President who was voted in. I'm not saying you didn't vote, just using that as an anology. What effort does it take to E-mail the FCC and just type the following: "NO to internet per minute usage charges." Address again is : isp@fcc.gov By the way, I took the time last week to fill out an envelope and send my business card to that dying child your speaking of. He has terminal cancer and is trying to make it into the Guiness Book of records as having collected the most business cards. So don't hesitate to send him yours as his situation is "time critical".
