That's the hard part, timing. They have some projects in place but no solid financing as yet. What's more, with a $0.07 bid, no one is lining up to do $0.15 financing, which is still the minimum price in Vancouver (Alberta is $0.10 minimum). I wish I could be more definitive but that's the nature of these things near the bottom.
