Dow Jones Newswires -- February 19, 1999 Spielberg Owns 5.8% Stake In Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Oscar-winning filmmaker Steven Spielberg owns 5.8% stake in Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch Inc. (TMCS). Spielberg, a partner at Dreamworks SKG, reported in documents filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that he holds 506,909 Class B shares of the Pasadena, Calif., online provider of entertainment-event tickets and city guides. The shares were valued at about $18.4 million as of Friday afternoon. Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch was formed when CitySearch combined with the online ticket selling business operated by USA Network Inc. (USAI). The combined company went public in December with shares at $14 Shares were up Friday 5.1% to trade at 36 1/4.
