The answer is a big no. It would not make sense most of the time because the issue here is speed. You are adding a middle man and that takes time. Although we will get your order and execute very quickly at the best price we can there is a lag simply because we have to report back to you. What would take 1-4 seconds if you used the direct access buttons could take considerably longer, given that a few seconds more when trading can equal a lifetime.
The WatleyDesk button is really there to help in pre and post market and for unusual orders such as a large amount of shares or a large spread where our skill, institutional background and connections may help to improve the fill.
It is most definitely in your interest to understand the direct routing options as well as possible.
