They could also look at setting kiosks in retail stores with BTO direct ordering from those stores of retail consumer computers. There was a rollout of the Dell kiosk concept at Walmart about a year ago. Does anybody know what happened to that? I don't think it was just a pilot, but then I never heard any more about it. BTW I don't think country stores or kiosks etc. are really necessary. To me, it just dilutes focus away from the web sales. Michelle
