Gunther, I agree with you. It is perfectly legitimate for a brokerage firm to downgrade a stock based on valuations, but to do so on the day before the big launch of a blockbuster drug, and after issuing a highly favorable report on the Celebrex scripts on 2/1 "Celebrex - Strong out of the Box" would be doing their own clients a disservice.
