Do you have any remedy for this?<< I use Waterhouse and if I am making a longer term trade I will often argue my case and they are usually good about giving me the fill if I prove to be right. (they make the MMs account for the contracts that were traded at that price, if it turns out to be for "their private account", I get the fill) but I don't argue on my intra day trades. Heck it was back even an hour later. I also had an advisory stating they are upgrading the system tonight so hopefully the service will speed up a little also. It is just the luck of the draw and sometimes you just either have to be fast or lucky. I was being overly cautious and slow on the trigger today due to the confusing patterns, had this been a bit more normal, I would have been in much earlier and had the fill. Good Luck, Lee
