I am by no means an expert on these matters. I really have no idea what will happen on Monday morning or why.

As far as perception goes, there I can offer a comment. MY perception is that this is akin to a consolidation effort on the part of Interiors. Calling in the warrants will have the net effect of reducing uncertainty in the marketplace. I think it will also eliminate a big question mark in the accounting department going forward. It would be very difficult to accurately forcast EPS for instance as long as those outstanding warrants could be exercised at any given moment. Again, I am taking this as extremely positive news.

Regarding timing: The news was released today, (don't quote me on this) because apparently, according to one of the news articles I read, once the stock reached a certain price the warrants became callable. We must've hit and temporarily maintained that price today.

Tom Hua is doing his DD right now. I think he is far more knowledgeable than me in this stuff. Watch for his comments on the thread soon.

PS: Whenever you see shorts ROTFL(Their)FAO, they are scared. Typically, if they had any idea what to expect, their comments would contain negative substance directed at longs or the company itself. My guess is, that will begin soon enough.
