Winzer, I called NFM and there was no answer at 0830 a.m. I called back at 0900 a.m. and was asked to call back in thirty minutes because "he is in a meeting right now." Forty minutes later, I called back and was told that "we are preparing for another meeting right now, sir; please call back in about one hour."

I went to sleep because it was well past mid-night where I am. However, it is clear that something is up from the responses I got. I suspect that NFM is arranging for the drilling on the Cheminis property--that it won't be very long before it gets underway. But I don't know for sure exactly what's up. It could be something entirely different than what I suppose. Also, from their last two news releases, I'd say that iT is probably certain that it will be a while before we get substantial income from WAVEX.

I'll try, again, to reach company officials next week.
