Silly me! I forgot to mention the deal with Lilly for the improved version of Prozac. Who should know better whether SEPR's version would be better than the original Prozac than Lilly? We are not talking about some mysterious biotech drug like Angiostatin (Entremed) here. We are talking about a single isomer version of Lilly's best selling drug. Everybody knows that the original works and is relatively safe. We also know that the patent will expire soon, and Lilly wants to save its revenue stream.
