Coy, the SEC is never behind on initial filings. The filing is submitted and it is immediately posted on their Edgar site. They then have 30 days to respond to the initial filing and they take every one of those 30 days. If they are overloaded, they may be slow in responding to amendments. As I have said on earlier posts, the actual IPO is probably going to occur approximately 60 days after the initial filing. No abuse please, I am just trying to help everyone understand the process.

I would take anything posted on Yahoo with a grain of salt.
