Wow! We had a world class decline today. Sepracor may not have earnings but it sure has volatility. It seems that Sepracor is destined to become, or has become, the Amazon.com of the biotech world.

If yesterday's rally was as a result of bears running for cover, perhaps today's decline will embolden them to reinstitute their positions.

Since most everyone here is in the bullish camp, let me note that Sepracor has one-half billion dollars in debt. In addition, even though it does have some block buster drugs in the pipeline, it also has some other plans that could prove to be less sterling. Note: Sepracor intends to market its own drugs. This is not an area where Sepracor has either experience or expertise. These efforts could be a serious drain on the company over the next two years.

The stock is now priced for perfection. Slip ups will not be treated kindly by the market.
