Even many Democrats conceded he lied. They just didn't "feel" that the perjury over sex(even under oath before a court) amounted to "high crimes and misdemeanors" sufficient for removal from office.

If you had known and believed the Juanita story of rape prior to the Senate trial, would that have changed your mind on BC?
