Anthony, Have you been able to find a phone number for the crooks <cough> I mean the "sales/engineers/mgmt" at CYOE. Seeing as how I am familiar with the industry they claim to be working in, it might be good if we did a little conference call where some of the tough questions got asked... If they can't answer the questions properly and other research indicates even more scammy stuff - like that "loan" which I am guessing is about as fictitious as it gets, then the SEC should be the next conference call. I really cannot imagine who would loan them $10M w/o warrants or convertibles at 8% (I can't imagine who would loan them $10M w/ the convertibles/warrants!!). I would like to meet the lender - I have a bridge they may want to buy... I can't find a good number to call yet though. -NH
