As far as I can tell, the WSC charts calculate OBV more like a Price-on-Volume indicator, where volume is always added, not subtracted, but at the price paid. But even then, this would not account for the dips. Looking at the OBV on ASK Research, there is a definite difference.

And yet, my wife, who swears by the OBV on WSC, has used that (5 or 10 day chart with OBV) to chalk up 5 big winners in a row, all on sub-$5 stocks, to the tune of, average gain, 78%! Her 1999 trading account is up 52%, trading only longs, only stocks, no options (I should add she is also a TokyoMex fan, subscriber to his SA service, and a big risk-taker...and needless to say, she is also helping to pay off our mortgage!).

But let's see how PCMS and AKLM play out over the next 2-3 days.
