Subject: Tippecanoe and Tyler Too

(Sorry for the early American quote in the title...for those that didn't get it.)

Ok...so this quick little ditty concerns the 'Carat' property that questions have
been raised about.

The property lies just to the north of a lie of kimberlite pipes trending
north-northeast from the Diamet core block of claims.

These pipes include 'Sable', 'Wombat', and 'ABZ7A'. The latter is just south of
the border of the Carat property on Aber turf. This line of pipes may, or may
not, be an extension of the line that includes pipes named 'Fox', 'Leslie', 'Koala',
and 'Panda'.

Winspear earns its 70% interest with an expenditure of $2,000,000 by the end
of 2002, of which about 600k has been burned.

Regards,

WillP
