Fred, It is a public relations stumble at a bad time for INTC. Overall impact -- probably not great, but that is only because they are going to be selling a lot more low end processors instead of these puppies ... would have happened without this blunder, but the blunder will have a marginal effect of steering a few more folks away from them. Someone has to eat the costs associated with inhibiting the feature ... INTC will be cutting prices on them sooner rather than later. It's not too late to sell your INTC before the spring sales ...
