you overlook that ESVS is in the same office using the same database ... they already have all of the sales and marketing contacts to use as they please ... when Zulu is stripped and gone, who will say nay ...surely not the pipsqueak Zulu shareholders ... their share losses wouldn't fund a decent first legal luncheon schmooze to discuss their prospects ...
Oh yes, the old Echomedia technology, whatever, if ever, that was ... well, it isn't a registered patent, or even a trade-mark, so there is no tangible or intangible registrable IP (intellectual property) asset with the Zulu name on it ... nothing for a bankruptcy receiver to lay a mitt on ... it could be know-how, but that has rubbed off on ESVS staff, who will be entitled to practice it into the future ... or it might be a trade secret, but even that would require a signed agreement of some sort to specify the secret ... but if it was demonstrated at the NYC or whereever, then it isn't a secret, though some specific coding might still be ... as for copyright ... to get around that, if you feel you must, you just rewrite the code to implement the non-protectible idea ...
Party, those "valuable" Zulu assets long ago merged into Esvs, though the companies remain apart ... and they may forever ...
I, in the Tara manner, purchased 400 shares on Tuesday, but Zulu in my case, since Esvs is not available on-line and I haven't the time or inclination to go through a broker for this little fling ... I agree with Tara about Esvs being less risk than Zulu ... I don't care that I have an "investment" in Zulu ... that doesn't change my opinion that it is a short term higher risk and a long term "avoid at all costs" ... but hey, all this management shuffling and IPO threats should count for something, or these guys are totally gonzo ...
