Mike - From what I been told by the company it was personal reasons and had nothing to do with the way the company was going, he is still a Director of the Company. I was very unset myself about Bob's departure and wrote a very blund e-mail to Fred (New President) about what I though about Woody getting his hands back in the company business activities (he should stay in the LAB). IMHO, Woody is not capable of running this company, except into the ground, which he has already proved!!!!! All indications are that Fred was a BIG part in getting the two OEM agreements along with Bob. Also, I feel that we are close in turning a profit within the next couple of quarters (less the 3Q due out soon). Overhead has to be in the low $200,000 range, since letting go the sales force and other personnel, and we are getting about $130,000 a month from Sanyo with a good possiblity of more if they expand our product in their other overseas areas and some $$$$ from Lenier (sp), I do not how much. This 3Q has to be a downer because of the charge that has to be taken for the personnel that were let go. Just my opinion on that. Since they will do that why not take more to realy clean the slate!!!! The Flash Memory is starting to take off now as more companies start to use it in there products and were removeable sound is involved we should be right there to provide the OS. From my understanding, some companies are having problems with removeable when they do not use NCI's OS. They are wasting time and $$$ instead of getting a head start on out companies.
Pay now or pay more later.
