Scott--- I have a few 'reservations' about investing in restaurants: I've seen too many hot new restaurant stocks open with a bang and then flame out. I wonder if it has something to do with the fickle behavior of the consmer. We seem to demand exciting, novel experiences, become bored and move on to whatever is currently chic. A company that comes to mind is Red Lobster, a rage several years ago that is no longer in business (complete loss to investors). Other than the fast food biggies like McDonalds, Pepsi, etc., I can't think of too many investments that have any established record of success. Am I missing something? Regards, Paul
