Mike: I have the same questions you have, but i am holding for better or worse. My broker continues to buy the stock (not for me). If you go to "wallstreetrepoter.com" you can get hear an interview with the ceo and another interview with the head of their Y2k division. these interviews happened over the last couple of days. Although, i see Atec under "A", i was unable to download the interview. Please try and let me know it you have any luck and what you think. thanks, richard
