990219 37% (BULL) 24% (BEAR), 39% (NEUTRAL) The bullish market sentiment is now dropped from 48% to 37%. The CBOE PUT/CALL is at about 0.70 or above in the last 2 days. This is telling me that the market bottom is approaching. Long term trend is up. Medium trend is sideway. Short term trend is down.
