Something strange is going on with this company. I don't know how is their web site, but they do not accept actually any telephone calls, any telephone orders -- "due to overwhelming response from [their] latest catalogue"... There are either busy signals, or a tape recorded suggestion to call between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. And that is going on all 24 hours. Sometimes you may get through and will be guided to press this and that, but without fail you will be eventually cut off with the suggestion to call again between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. You may try yourself.
