1.You forgot to back out the cost of a private placement, and the blow out of shares that usually follows it.
2.The release said the consulting agreement was terminated, just for fun let's assume assi was getting paid for it..that needs to be backed out if so.
3.The release said the shares would be voted with management, if memory serves.
4.The release said the company/management had the first right of refusal and was assignable upon the sale of the shares, ie control.
5.I put a value of 1.00 per share additional on OUR shares for not getting bought out at a low ball 2.00 or 2.50, or for that matter anything below 5.00.
6. To buy the 3.2 mm warrants on the market would cost a minimum of 96K$..and possibly as high as 320K$ (10 cents blended)
Put it all together, it seems very fair to everyone.
7.Don't know about the yooohooo thread, but there were only three posts yesterday on this one, and they weren't that negative, mostly reflective.
8.Doesn't matter anyhow, it is a done deal.
