CYOE was promoted from the OTC to Nasdaq some time last year - why do I know - because it was giving DGIVers high hopes about similar possibilities. However, I think it happened a while before October. My friend Paul might know - he pointed out to the DGIVers that CYOE was just another reincarnation of that famous meat packing stock.
I loved the 10Q - even though CYOE own 25% of Crscent they are not liable for Crescent defaulting on payments made to Comdisco for equipment they sold to Comdisco. Are Comdisco really that stupid that they didn't realize that they were buying equiptment from CYOE to lease to a company that was 25% owned by CYOE. You just got to love the creativeness of the CYOE financing department. Seems that that CYOE got a real no lose deal there - what?
