Looks like some have been spooked by the announcement that there will be additional financing. But this funding is what is required to obtain NASDAQ listing. You may recall my previous posts where I indicated that we were above $4 long enough but what about Net Tangible Assets. I think the figure is $4MM so this will do it. Let's hope we don't drop under $4 and have to start the clock again. Anyone who sells now is hurting the rest of us and missing out I think on a good opportunity. What do you think will happen after the financing is accomplished and they announce that they are applying for NASDAQ listing. If it is a PP, it may just happen without anyone knowing and some morning we might just gap up to $6 or $7. The funding may be from a strategic partner and imagine what that would do. Just my opinion, not suggesting that anyone buy. Do your own DD but I think my analysis is sound.
