This is America, not a police state. Unproven, ancient; this is not the stuff of the American legal system. If she didn't do anything about it back then; she had a responsibility to do so. Since she didn't; she has to have a lot of proof to back up her accusations. I'll tell you this much; if you have sex with a lot of women, sooner or later you'll meet one that says; "I didn't want to have sex, he forced me". I had a female friend that said she was raped. Here is what she said; "I was in my nightgown with nothing on under it. My boyfriend was staying over night in another room in my parent's house and after they went to bed, he snuck into my bedroom and started kissing me. He got on top of me and the next thing I knew, he had done it to me. I didn't say a word to him. He left and went back to his room. I was appalled at what he did to me, but I didn't say anything. I slept with him for 9 months from that point on. Then he dumped me. After thinking about that first time; I realized he raped me. I've told everyone since that I was raped."; this is a true story I kid you not. She actually followed this guy home when he was with a new girlfriend and yelled at the top of her lungs; "Why did you rape me" outside his house till the police took her away. Confrontations when on for months. She tried to take him to court but no police officer would arrest him for rape based on her story. She couldn't get a magistrate to act on it. She called his boss at work and asked why they employed a rapist. She called his parents; tracked down friends. Stalked the guy for over a year.
