"Broaddrick never reported the alleged incident to authorities and said it
never occurred to her to do so, because Clinton was a rising politician
while she was "young and vulnerable" and in the middle of an extramarital
affair.";

Of course; I can understand this; you've been violently raped; why would you ever think of reporting it? All young and vulnerable women never think of reporting rape; after all; they are young and vulnerable. It takes years to get old and become confident to then charge rape. Rape accusations should be allowed to be filed at any time after the rape up to 50 years and there should be no proof required other than for the rape victim to tell some friends at the time that it happened. I think we as a country need to seriously look at changing the rape laws in this country.
